Effective 10 May 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StillHearth, a mobile application operated by Evie Maxine ROSE, a sole trader registered in New Zealand, trading as StillHearth (NZBN: 9429049441673). By installing or using StillHearth, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
StillHearth is a prayer and scripture companion designed for women. It provides mood-based verse discovery, daily scripture, guided spiritual paths, and private verse traces. All scripture is drawn from the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, which is in the public domain.
StillHearth is a spiritual companion app, not a mental health, counselling, or medical service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or a situation requiring professional support, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service in your country. StillHearth is not equipped to provide crisis intervention.
StillHearth is intended for users aged 17 and over, consistent with its App Store rating. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement. StillHearth's content — including themes of grief, shame, fear, and spiritual struggle — is intended for a mature audience.
StillHearth operates entirely on your device. Your verse traces, saved verses, streak, guided path progress, and onboarding preferences are stored in your device's local storage only. No content you create within the app is transmitted to StillHearth's servers — StillHearth has no servers.
Subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
All Bible verses in StillHearth are from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain. Prayers, reflection questions, guided path content, and taglines are original works of Evie Maxine ROSE and are protected by copyright.
StillHearth's content reflects a broadly evangelical Protestant Christian tradition. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any specific denomination, church, or organisation. Theological interpretations expressed through curation and copy are the author's own.
StillHearth offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier, StillHearth+. StillHearth+ unlocks additional collections, unlimited verse traces, unlimited saved verses, unlimited daily mood entries, and full access to Guided Paths.
You agree not to:
StillHearth, its name, logo, original prayers, guided path content, and codebase are the property of Evie Maxine ROSE. KJV scripture text is in the public domain. The StillHearth name and brand are not affiliated with any other app, organisation, or product of the same name.
Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to reproduce or distribute StillHearth's original content outside of personal, non-commercial use.
StillHearth is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evie Maxine ROSE disclaims all warranties relating to StillHearth and its content.
StillHearth does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scripture references and curated content are provided in good faith but may contain errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Australian Consumer Law, or comparable legislation in your jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evie Maxine ROSE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of StillHearth.
Evie Maxine ROSE's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of StillHearth is limited to the amount you paid for StillHearth+ in the twelve months preceding the claim, or NZD $50, whichever is greater.
You may stop using StillHearth at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to StillHearth at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if continued operation becomes impractical. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees paid; refund requests are handled by Apple.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of StillHearth after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
